    Given number of people using windows and linux, those figures for windows are not that bad. Normally if people are satisfied with something they do not ususally express it so widely (wildly:-) as people who are dissatisifed. Therefore there will always be more negatives about something – especially something like microsoft product:-). Having twice the negatives, while having 10+ times more user base is ok.
    And I think linux users are generally more active in all these discussions (lin vs win, better safer etc…)
    I use both of them (win xp and ubuntu) – each for different purpose and it suits me well.
